WELCOME TO SASVN.

The South Australian Society for Vascular Nursing (SASVN) is a professional nursing organization dedicated to promoting excellence in the compassionate and comprehensive care of individuals with vascular disease and their families by providing quality education.

This is achieved by the:

  • promotion of membership for all healthcare professionals to the South Australian Society for Vascular Nursing

  • a leadership role in defining vascular nursing and education at the local level

  • implementation of evidenced based standards of practice for vascular nursing locally

  • collaboration with other professionals to address the unique needs of the individual with vascular disease

  • enhance public awareness of vascular disease and management.
